Fortunes of Fall

Hello again, craft enthusiasts!

Are you ready for another Power Poppy sneak peek?!

Today’s set is called Fortunes of Fall, and is everything you’d want in a quintessential autumn stamp set.

Here’s a look at my card:

I chose a soft color palette based on a pretty plaid piece of patterned paper.  The patterned paper is an oldie, but goodie.  It’s from My Mind’s Eye’s Fiddlesticks Miss Caroline collection.  Isn’t it just so lovely?!

I embossed the image in white, and colored it using the following Copic Markers.

The sentiment was stamped in Memento Gray Flannel.  I then airbrushed the background of that little circle die-cut with my B63 Copic Marker.  The houndstooth cut background is from My Favorite Things.

Here’s a look at the inside of the card:

I stamped the corn bundle in a pale gray ink and stamped the sentiment in Memento Gray Flannel ink.  The finishing touch was a left-over strip of pretty plaid patterned paper.
