World Card Making Day

Hey friends!

Happy World Card Making Day to you!  I hope you get to spend a little time crafting today.

The Power Poppy Bloomies are sharing our favorite kind of card to make today.  Man, this was a tough one for me, because I like to make lots of different kinds of cards.  I think my favorite theme is encouragement.  I do love to send a little bright spot of cheer to someone who’s feeling down, going through a rough patch, or just because I feel led to do so. 🙂

Here is one of my favorite encouragement cards:

Nothing like a bright vase of gorgeous sunflowers to brighten your day, right!?  This is a digital stamp set called Sunshine of My Life, and you really must have it!

Here’s a look at the inside of the card:

Isn’t that the perfect sentiment? I just love it!

Copic colors I used:

  1. Wow, Cindy, your coloring is exquisite! Your vibrant color choices really “sing” in this image, which is one of my favorites! Stunning card with the white frame and the embossed background. And the cord is perfect! I’m with you about making cards of encouragement. It’s my favorite thing to do, and it’s why I prefer sentiments that are more generic and encouraging. Thanks for sharing, sweet friend! Hugs and love! xoxo
